Where in Massachusetts can I shadow a nurse?

I am a high school senior and thinking about going to college for nursing. I want to shadow some nurses first to see if it a career I would really be interested in. I think I might want to work in pediatrics or maybe in surgery.

How do I go about finding a hospital that will allow me to shadow some nurses?
