Where in NJ/PA- camping/hiking?

Question

does anyone know of a good place to go fall camping in the NJ/PA area where dogs are allowed?

Or have any good hiking spots that arent that popular with great scenery?

Most state parks in PA allow dogs even at campsites. Vist the DCNR website at http://www.dcnr.state.pa.us/ for more information.
