Where in Naples are there bodies hung from the walls of tunnels instead of being buried?

  1. It could be the Monaci Cappuccini burial place... they used to leave bodies in view and make artistic decorations with bones and skulls. I don't know in Naples, but their church in Rome is quite creepy


  2. i just went to visit naples about 3 weeks ago and we visited the underground catacombs of naples. to be truthful there were a LOT of them all around naples. we only got to visit 2 of them. there werent any bodies hanging from the walls, but we did get to walk around the underground in extremly narrow passageways holding candles. it was great! but no, didnt encounter any hanging bodies!
