  1. Newburyport at the mouth of the river in mid to late October.


  2. Plymouth, MA usually has a fair amount of seals.

  3. The only place I have seen them is Coast Guard Beach in Eastham

  4. all along the coast, but dont try to capture them unless you want to be arrested


  5. They are quite common.  A large herd similar to the herd of sea lions on the Pacific Coast north of San Francisco exists on Monomoy Island, off of Cape Cod.
