Where in Paris city are restaurants who speak english?

They are everywhere.  In a recent survey more than half of all adults in France stated they spoke at least some English and 16% claimed to be fluent.

NB:In fact, English is so common that I have to pretend that I don't speak English to get a chance to speak French.

I'd suggest learning few common French phrases, then locals/wait staff will be more willing to talk to you in English
