Where in Philadelphia, PA can I find a restaurant that serves fried ice cream?

I used to love this dessert but could only get it at a Chi Chi's but that chain has since gone out of business.

if there is a sonic in Philadelphia, definetly get the fried ice cream blast. i dont know if they have a sonic there though.

Check out the menu on Japanese restaurants.  They call it tempura ice cream.
