Where in SIngapore can i buy soy flour that is protein isolate and gluten wheat?

I am a former chef and worked in Singapore in the 1980's and as for soya flour and other Chinese, Malay or Indian grocery shops will have it, as for the gluten from wheat and th isolate, you may have to find a store that sell health food or a vitamin and mineral supplement shop and buy a bulk up mix used for body building purposes.

Other wise a package of wheat starch and lactose powder with a dash of dextose in it all available in the Chinese markets.
