Where in Seoul, Korea can I learn Korean?

I'm a college student and was curious if there are tutoring centers where they can teach you Korean Hangul in Korea, since I'm going there in 2 months (I know there are Universities and/ other colleges but I can't afford to go there). How do I find out about this?

There are lots of places to learn Korean. Try looking on Dave's ESL cafe to get more information from people who are there:

You will also be able to do language exchanges where you teach a korean free english while they teach you korean.

Seoul is a capital of south korea. its adjustant to china & north korea, also  japan is a neighbouring country.
