actually you can buy in Sim Lim Square at Rochor Canal Road , Lucky Plaza in Orchard Road and Funan Center in North Bridge Road but these places are tourist area and likely to get rip off , I would recommend you go to the housing estate in Singapore to buy like Toa Payoh , Ang Mo Kio ,Yishun Central because you won't be rip off there compare to those shops in the tourist area.The price in the housing estate is more resonable and I can say you will get the full packages of the items you buy than those shops in tourist area.you can access to these housing estate by the MRT.

You will find many stores in Sim Lim Square, ask around a few to get to know the approximate price. Cash is preferred payment mode - there are ATMs on ground floor. Some stores are also willing to put in games into your flash card when you make purchase.
