What exactly are you looking for? Have a few to recommend here. If you like western/ american, Seah Street Deli at Raffles Hotel would be a nice place with an american coffeehouse atmosphere (think of Billy Bombers, with better food). Prices are around $30+ per pax.

Otherwise, for Japanese, try Hanabi at somewhere near Bras Basah. Nice buffet spread at an affordable price. Reservations recommended.
