Where in Singapore to find a place that has music, dance, decent food and is reasonably priced?

I'm tired of spending my birthday the usual boring way, so wanted to try something new. Note that the above place has to cater to a family setting because my brother is only 16.

Any place that provide music and dance , you have to be above 18, that is those disco or nightclub. Thus, your brother have difficult to gain entry to this places that provide music and dance. More over, all this places don't come cheap. Always prepare to spend a bomb when going to this places.

Go to KL - Singapore is expensive for food and all the birthday trimmings, if you know what I mean...

Singapore is loaded with places ,not difficult to find. But yes KL is better and cheaper.
