Where in Spain?

Im thinking of going to spain for 3-4 weeks.Where in spain is the best place to go and how much will it cost?

Go to Barcelona. When I was in Spain, my initial plan was going to Madrid and Barcelona but I loved Barcelona so much that I ended up spending all my time there. The beach is gorgeous, loads of clubs and s**y people, cheap beer, salsa dancing everywhere, a lot of culture, great architecture, and goshh if you like art than you will love Barcelona. It's a very artistic city. I was amazed by looking at all these locals on the streets making or performing different arts without having any former education training.

Anyways, go to Barcelona. You'll love it :).
