Where in Toronto can I convert yen into Canadian money?

I have a friend who needs to convert japanese yen into Canadian money. I would like to know if there is a place in Toronto, Ontario where yen can be converted into Canadian money. I would like the exact location/address. Thank you.

  2. any big local bank sould be able to exchange the papermoney.here in the states they would only exchange my german mark papermoney and not the coins.it also took about a week and a half for me to get it because they had to send it to a main exchange bank in New York i beleive.i hope i helped you a little

  4. Any bank branch will do this.  But you're more likely to be able to this at one of the larger branches, downtown.  

    So, try TD Canada Trust at the TD Centre, or the Royal Bank at the Royal Bank Plaza, the CIBC at Commerce Court, the Scotia Bank at the Scotia Bank Plaza, etc.

    Take the Yonge/University/Spadia subway and get off at any of Queen, King, Union , St Andrew or Osgoode stations.

  5. At any bank.

    There should also be a "Monetary Exchange". We have a few in Ottawa, there must be tons in Toronto.

  6. All international airports have currency exchange place... so just go to the nearing international airport
