Hi there,

This will not really answer your question....however.

If you get in real estate you will need a website. The faster you are online the better, so that by the time you are done your course you will already have traffic for Toronto real estate and seniority on search engines.

Of course this advice is biased because I design real estate websites...;)

However this holds true of any business, get the website up and customers starting to bite before you are actually done your trainning or start up.

Too many customers is always better than none at all, and websites take about 6 month to a year to pick up steam, just about the time it will take you to finish your course.
