No there is no McDonald's eat out in Chennai. Here you will find mostly south indian eat outs like Saravana Bhavan, Murugan Idly Shop, Ratna Cafe, etc.

If you wanna have burgers you can try out Marry Brown. Its a decent place though not that good.
