  1. Costa Rican weed is seedy dirt weed unless it's imported from Columbia, in which case you are supporting/ buying in to the whole violence of the Cartels.

    It'll grow just about anywhere but I never saw any fresh sinsemilla there.

    If you wanna buy weed, go to Cahuita.
