Agreed: pubs and clubs and especially in the streets just outside at closing time.

The rest of the time even chavs and pikeys (as you call them) are rarely "pack crazy". Even the football hooligans aren't what they were, unless lagered-up and abroad.

They're everywhere. Just in bigger proportions in some places. I live in a lovely town - it was voted one of the nicest places to live in England - and we have them here. They probably aren't as bad as elsewhere but they are everywhere. Oh, I just thought of somewhere you will see loads - Portsmouth.

Pikeys in caravans (as in ,trailer trash). Chavs near any store selling 'Burberry'.
