  1. Sorry, there is no city called Albany in France.

Did some long haul throughout  France, couple of years back.

  2. Why don't you use an online map to find the answer? :\

  3. Your question is really strange

Many towns are called Albany in Australia, Canada, USA, South Africa, New Zealand

There's nothing (town, region, river) in France that is called Albany.

Maybe you were talking about this hotel

Saint James et Albany in Paris  (closed to the Concorde Place  (place de la Concorde)   Paris center)

address  :  202 rue de Rivoli   75001 Paris

Because it exists also Albania which is a Balkan country in the southeastern Europe,  located at the North of Greece

(so if you really matter about France that doesn't borders Albania, I would say that Albania is East/South compared to France)

  4. Could you mean Albi which is  a town and commune in southern France?

It is the préfecture (capital) of the Tarn département. It is known historically as being the center of the Albigensian heresy.

  5. Albany is in France like Venezuela is in California.

  6. Around 1500 kms south east of Paris. Next to Greece. With a few countries in between.
