If your after a normal replica shirt then most good sports shops will sell them.

However for a real skintight top such as the ones worn by rugby teams in games (but bear in mind they rip easily and may only last one game.) you can get them from this site (I'm sorry for assuming your Irish or after a Irish Jersey if that's not what you want. But a little more digging should give you shirts for other teams, try teams official sites.)
