Where in los angeles is an office to get a matricula consular card?

i am going to mexico but i need this card and i have it but it expired....this one i got at oakland but i moved and i don't know where to get in los angeles....someone help me please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 thanks in advance...alot!!!!!
