it depends on how cheap you will go. if sterling silver is okay with you, then there's silverworks and unisilver, but these are for kids.. theres filigranesia, which is a bit pricey than the first two but is more appropriate for older people.

else, there are lots of jewelry shops in almost every mall here in the philippines.
