   There is a runaway teen center in huntington beach you could try. But you should really want to do something and express that to them when you apply. Don't just say I have court ordered C.S

   If you go to the courthouse, and go to the court clerk, they should have a list of places where you can do community service.
   
   I checked on the Superior Court of OC, CA for you, but it isn't listed on the site. If I were you, I'd just go in and get a list from them.
