check out www.stutteringhelp.org and look under "referrals" as they list specialists in stuttering and therapists who have been trained to work with stutterers.  the site also gives a list of things parents can do at home to help as well as how to determine if and when a child need to see a speech therapist who specializes in treating stuttering
