Where in spain can i get a PROM//DEBS dress??? I live in Ireland....But.........?

...I will be in spain for the whole summer til the debs/prom so the only place i can get a prom/debs dress is SPAIN!(or turkey,im going there for a week too), im staying in the area of ALicante City, near to Valencia. Please if anyone lives in spain or knows anything, could they send me links to popular boutiques in spain that have GORGEOUS cocktail,evening dresses,prom dresses, I dont mind where,I'll just get the train! Barcelona??Madrid??maybe??

Try any shop that sells Wedding gowns.  In my experience, they sell any type of formal gowns, from First Communion, to Wedding gowns, to, I'm sure, dresses for the mothers of the bride and groom...surely they will have something that would work for a deb ball, as well.  Here's the thing: you will find that their fashions are very different from what you are used to at home.  You might want to try Corte Inglés, as well.  I don't know what their formal departments are like.

Yo cold try El Corte Englais,,a semi posh department store chain that sells very good quality goods,,from food to clothing,,they are in all the major cities and I would recommend them,,

Valencia has some really fab shops, much better than Ireland (I'm Irish too). They have most of the shops we have too. Someone else mention El Cortes de Ingles - they have a great selection - very similar to Debenhams or Arnotts. Also keep in mind that Zara and Mango are Spanish and have outlets in nearly all cities.. Valencia is beautiful with loads of fab shops. Malaga city centre is also fantastic for shopping. Alicante is like living in Dublin there are so many Irish there so it's worth taking a few trips outside of the area.

ask in the clothes section. you might have to buy online. im sure they're are good shopping malls there.

i wouldn't worry to much ...Spain has clothes shops just like everywhere else .....I'm sure you will get the dress of your dreams ...and lucky you ,all Summer ....
