Where in the US, has the cheapest ski lift tickets?

A group of friends and I plan on doing a snowboarding trip this winter. Some beginners and some experienced. What place has the cheapest lift tickets? We are also thinking about hitting up a couple tubing hills. Is there any affordable places in the south eastern region.. tennesee, virginas, carolinas? Thanks!

Nowhere good in the South.

Try to get at least 20 people and ask the resort of your choice about a group rate discount.  It can't hurt to ask.

carolinas are gonna be more expensive........ the only reason i know that is because ive been there and its all old rich people

Massanutten might be cheapest but Snowshoe is a better mountain. I live in CO, tix are expensive out here but season passes are affordable.

hi michlle my name is jake schladweiler and i ride on the usasa(united states of america snowboarding assocaition) and the rome grom team.the cheapest place i,ve ever been has been sunburst ski are in wisconsin. we had a demo there and it was like only 22 dollars for a lift ticket in 07.
