  1. tattos are forbiden in Torah;

You shall not make gashes in your flesh for the dead, or incise any marks on yourselves: I am the Lord” (Leviticus 19:28)

Piercings are allowed as they are not marking, but are not allowed in areas that are not meant to be normally seen, Earrings are ok in both men and women but piercings in the lower areas of the body are not ok because these areas are not to be normally exposed to others.

  2. Who cares? Do whatever you want with your body.

  3. it doesnt say right out no tattoos but the ones who have answered have made a good point...God doesnt judge for your skin or your heart, He judges your spirit and your closeness with Him.. I know many really religious people who have tattoos, some people dedicated tattoos to God or their religion

  4. I don't know if it is or not. But I do know that God is not going to hate you or punish you over a tattoo. He looks at whats in your heart not whats on your skin.

  5. I can't tell you that, but I can share these two items from the Bible:

Turns out, Jesus had a tattoo! 'King of Kings Lord of Lords' on his thigh!

    Revelation 19:11-16 (New International Version)

"11I saw heaven standing open and there before me was a white horse, whose rider is called Faithful and True. With justice he judges and makes war. 12His eyes are like blazing fire, and on his head are many crowns. He has a name written on him that no one knows but he himself. 13He is dressed in a robe dipped in blood, and his name is the Word of God. 14The armies of heaven were following him, riding on white horses and dressed in fine linen, white and clean. 15Out of his mouth comes a sharp sword with which to strike down the nations. "He will rule them with an iron scepter."[a] He treads the winepress of the fury of the wrath of God Almighty. 16On his robe and on his thigh he has this name written:

KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS."

And, apparently, God has given himself quite an extensive and detailed tattoo:  "See, I have engraved you on the palms of my hands." Isaiah 49:16

So, I don't see why Christians or anyone else would have a problem with getting inked!

  6. i wouldnt think the bible would have that in it...but if im wrong oh well?

let me know if you figure this out!

(if its in there im screwed!)

  7. http://www.nccbuscc.org/nab/bible/leviti... Here, go down to line 28, it's from the old testament.,.

  8. It's all open to interpretation. If we look at what was presented it also says not to cut your hair, your beard or eat meat with blood in it (some of us like a rare steak LOL)

I'm sure if we looked hard enough we could find verses that say not to go to a tanning bed, not to shop at expensive stores or even not to play golf...LOL

  9. I don't know if it does or not...

All I know is that Jesus loves me and my tattoos.

    :)
