Where in the system is the pressure release valve for the hot water in my house? I have an immersion tank.?

I have completely lost hot water pressure in my house. I still have cold. After looking for the same problem on yahoo answers i have found that it may be the pressure release valve. Where do i find this in my system and what do i do to it to solve the problem?

On the top of the tank there is (pressure / temperature ) release valve , the discharge pipe should be visible to see any water flow
