Where in the world is a great place to work? I know that Dubai you get tax free salary - anywhere else?

In alphabetical order, these are all the countries in the world that do not have income tax:

Andorra

Anguilla

Bahamas

Bermuda

Brunei

British Virgin Islands

Burundi

Cayman Islands

Kuwait

Monaco

Oman

Qatar

Saint Kitts and Nevis

Somalia

United Arab Emirates (Dubai included)

Vanuatu

So you can take your pick. The one thing to consider however is that with countries like Monaco or the Cayman Islands, you may make more as a result of not paying income tax but your cost of living will be much higher. In some of these countries like Somalia or Bermuda, you may not be able to earn very much either - so again, the lack of income tax makes almost no difference.

Depending on what your goals are, ideally, you would want to find a place where you can potentially earn a lot of money in your field but keep your living expenses and income tax low so that you can pocket as much money as possible. Ireland is a good option as their income tax tends to be lower than the rest of Europe. Dubai also has a lot of developing areas where you can find reasonable rent/mortgage pricing still.
