CALIFORNIA!!!!! Best weather!!!!! California is just a little fast paste depending on what city (Sacramento is a slower and GREAT place to live)! I really like the development that is happening there and many of my friends have moved there and it seems like a really new and nice place to live. GOOD LUCK

I guess it all depends on what you like.  I live in California which is most peoples favorite place but I like it overcast most of the time.  It just depends :)
