  1. The Sheraton used to have a nice bar with jazz music.  Give them a call.

  2. The Paddock is quite a nice bar.

    Bathurst and Bloor area.....

  3. Montreal Bistro or the Rex

  4. Hey there,

If you're looking for a nice place but still kind of 'at home' ish then I suggest, BeerBistro

Price is decent plus they have some nice beers that they pair with the food you're eating.  Kind of like wine pairing but its beer!  I took a friend there once and the meal was fabulous and the beer went down smooth.  The atmosphere is great too, as it does tailor itself to the after hours business crowd.  Business casual is the dress there, however I've seen people in there with jeans and khakis (nice, since most boys hate dressing up too much to eat anyways!)

    Check it out!  It's a chef's recommendation!!

  5. www.marinelas.com

  6. scaramouche restaurant - best food in the city, quiet, romantic. overlooks the cityscape.

head to queen street west for something more fun and casual. they have a great crepe place.

    have fun and enjoy!

  7. I haven't been there but this place sounds good

  8. The Montreal Bistro has a nice jazzy atmosphere, the food is great and the crowd pleasant.  It is downtown Toronto.  You can get the address and phone number in the phone book

  9. sounds like you need a nice quiet, intimate setting with intelectual people and a nice comfortable enviroment.....then you better come to Ottawa

  10. go to drake hotel. that's where everyone your age hangs out and there's no nouveau legal people straight from UofT. it's at ossington and queen. the atmosphere is very nice and you'll be amongst similar crowd away from the teenagers.

  11. Go to the distillery district. They have a few bars with live music such as jass but you can also wander around the little village-like setting with cobble stone paths and old buildings. It's very romantic!

  12. The best one is located in the place you came from...
