Have a 1990 4Runner (V6, auto tran, ADD 4x4 system), used to switch in out of 4x4 fine, but now doesn't like to. Troubleshot system, and it doesn't look like the 30PSI switch is making.

The relay under the dash that gets the input from this switch won't switch over, but if I jump it, the system works fine. Manual shows it as a single wire probe somewhere vaguely around the left side of the transmission. Searched like crazy, and no single wired sensors, and can't make out all the wire colors.

Does anyone know which sensor this is and what it does (other than detect 30 PSI...)?
