Where is Bubblegum USA?

I was looking for this restaurant called Bubblegum USA in New York City. My friend mentioned it to me sometime last year, and I wanted to know where it is and what kind of food is served there

I lived in NYC for 5 years and never heard of it but I looked up the name and found the following:

Bubblegum USA

1407 Broadway # 3704

New York, NY 10018

and

1466 Broadway Ste 1507F,

New York, NY 10036+7309

I'm not sure what it is though???  it looks like it may be an apparel manufacturer or something...
