Carlito hasn't been used on television because the writers can't figure out how to use him.

Smackdown would definitely be better with Carlito on there. I'd much rather see him than Kozlov and Khali.

He took a break to his father reitrement and returned in a house show.But he is unhappy again for not letting him used.He should be feuding with shelton or replacing kendrick in the scramble.Thats wat happen if wwe has no storyline for a wrestler

Carlito is on vacation. He took time off to be with his father during his fathers retirement. He's been wrestling for WWC (World Wrestling Council). Which is owned by the Colon family. He will be back soon.

Yes it would be better. Carlito is one of the best personalities in WWE today.

I think all of the WWE would be better if they didn't have brand shows and only the titles stayed on the brand. That way they would have more entertainment and matches over boring promos.
