Where is Copperhead Road?

In the song Copperhead Road by Steve Earle, he mentions Johnson County and Knoxville, TN. On wikipedia, it says it's in Bristol, TN or Coeburn, VA, yet i always thought it was Mountain City, TN, seeing how it's in johnson county. I was just wondering.

Kevin, I think John Lee Pettimore would say Knoxville which probably is in Johnson County and so do I.  I didn't even have to learn that from "'ol Charlie don't you know cuz ya better stay away from Copperhead Road."
