Well, Delhi is known as Heart of India. It is located where a person's heart is located if you visualise map of India as a person. It borders Rajasthan, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh states. Most of the International flights connect Delhi with major international cities.

New Delhi is an extended part of Delhi.
