It is located in Dhoby Ghaut MRT itself. At the North-South Line platform (red line), go up to ticket concourse level, then take an escalator up. You'll be able to spot a spanking new retail space with bright red and black tiles.

For information, this is the second Xchange that SMRT launched, in bid to transform MRT stations to lifestyle hub. Upcoming Xchange includes Tanjong Pagar and Choa Chu Kang.
