Where is d**k Cheney and why isn't he at the convention?

caught a trailer on the bottom of Fox news channel that he was headed to a soviet (something) four times, then it went to commercials, so I never found out what, or why it's preempting an appearance at the convention, or why couldn't he skype and appearance? I find the lack of information disturbing.

He and W are both pretending to be busy so as to avoid the boos they would get if they were to show their faces at the Republican convention.  These guys have taken their party to the depths with outrageous foreign policy, worse management of the national economy, and what is universally acknowledged as the worst presidency in US history.  Really, can you think of ONE thing they did well in 8 years?

He's off to Georgia to bring more US $, troops and aid to a foreign country as the US economy slowly circles the bowl.  He's making buddies w/ the gas producers.  A legacy that will continue after his & Bush's regime is over.
