He is coming back soon when his old nagging injuries have recovered fully and when he has been revitalized fully.

Also, assuming that the rumors are true, he will return to WWE once his new gimmick is fully prepared. Since his departure was marked by him being sent to h**l and is supposed to be dead because of the Undertaker, rumor has it that he would come back in a new gimmick, a Vampire Edge gimmick.

I heard that this gimmick would be similar to that of Gangrel's in the past, even complete with Gangrel's trademark jacket. I also heard that this gimmick is in place as a form of tribute to Gangrel.

We shall see about this rumor. I wish it is true as I would love to see Edge in his Vampire Edge gimmick, and I would also love to see a twist of irony in which once Vampire Edge debuts, Undertaker would also redebut in his American Bad *** persona. (Edge becomes deadman while Undertaker becomes a living man, that;s the irony in case you are wondering).

Sorry for straying out of point for the last one, but yes, one thing for sure, new gimmick or not, Edge will be returning to WWE.
