NJ Turnpike south, exit 9, after toll stay to the left, merge onto rt. 18, i forgot how far but you follow that for a bit, you will see a diner on your right, the exit has a small green sign that says englishtown, take that, follow that road for around 6 miles and you will see the sign for the track at the fork, bear left, track isn't even a mile up on the left. Have fun!
