Where is Florø, PA, Norway?

im bidding on something on ebay and im just wondering where norway is anyone know??

There is a town of Florø in Norway in the province of Sogn og Fjordane, about the center of the western coast. I am befuddled by the PA, however. To the best of my knowledge that abbreviation has no use in Norwegian place designations. In the US it means Pennsylvania, but in Norway I have no idea.
