It's stalled out off of St. Augustine and Daytona.  The outer band may reach to Orlando.

I believe its passed but it doesnt matter that its not a hurricane its doing worse than some hurricanes rated 1 scale or 2 its left over 17 to 20 inches of rain because it keeps stalling..Kids have been out of school since it started monday and people are losing everything in their homes..not to be taken lightly BIG
