Unfortunately, Louisiana is in the center of the cone, but nothing is written in stone. However, you should start preparing for the possibility of a hit, now.

Gustav is circling around a ridge of high pressure. If this ridge strengthens, Gustav will track west like Rita did. If the ridge shrinks, it can curve east like Ivan.
