If you believe the Catholic Church - nowhere.  He rose from the dead and walked around some more then "ascended" into heaven.

If you believe science - look for a special on NatGeo called "Tomb of Jesus" - this was a follow-up to a Discovery Channel special called "The Lost Tomb of Jesus" - they found a tomb in Talplot, Jerusalem, where some ossuaries (bone containers) were found, with names similar to that of Jesus' family members.

However, the tomb is now under an apartment complex, so they can't really access the tomb now, plus the authenticity of the ossuaries and the writing on them has been called into question due to the large percentage of forged holy relics in that region.

He was (past tense) buried in Joseph of Arimathaea's tomb. Now He is buried nowhere because he is risen
