Where is My Graduation Gift

When I was in Grade Two in middle school, my father promised me a car as a graduation gift. When I made it finally and went to him for the car, he broke his promise and said it's the university graduation gift. It's my fault that didn't get it clear, but why didn't he give me one or two Anime heroes for graduation gift ( http://www.toyswill.com/anime-heroes-c-8_61.html )when I graduated from primary school?
