  1. Myanmar used to be called Burma.

  2. it is Burma, Asia

  3. It is in the East of India.

  4. It is formerly known as Burma...it's straight East of India.....and it wasn't a tornado..it was a cyclone.  A cyclone is basically a hurricane that rotates counterclockwise in the northern hemisphere around a low pressure air mass...they generally occur in the Indian ocean and south pacific.

  5. Myanmar (formerly Burma) borders the bay of Bengal at the north end of the Indian Ocean.  It neighbours India, Bangladesh, China and Thailand.

  6. Actually Juicedmoose, these severe storm low pressure storm systems are only correctly called cyclones in the southern hemisphere where they rotate clockwise. Anti-clockwise rotating systems (highs) down there are called anti-cyclones which is,  I believe, the correct meteorological term for any high pressure system. In the northern hemisphere, severe storm events (very low pressure systems) are called typhoons or hurricanes or anything other than the confusing name of cyclone.

  7. Myanmar is in Southeast Asia, by Thailand, Laos, and Vietnam.

Yes a cyclone (which is a tornado caused by the spinning of water) did hit their capital of Yangon I believe it was yesterday

  8. It is located b/w Bangladesh and Thailand.

It wasn't a tornado it was a cyclone (hurricane).
