I wonder where it is in France? outskirts of Paris? how long does it take to the airport CDG? and to Paris?

north of Paris,

you could used the A1 to go to Paris quikly. about 15min if nor traffic jam.

it is close to Chantilly famous for hors, In senlis you have cheap hotels. Airport CDG is at 5 min! it is the same output hightway.

Senlis is about 35 miles north northeast of Paris.  The A1 freeway will take you to it.  Another option is the train.  It's about 20 miles from CDG (same freeway).  The time it takes will depend on traffic so count 30-40 minutes.
