Where is Silent Mode feature on my phone ?

i have a samsuing phone heres the link of the pic of it.

i can not findsilent mode so my phone always stays on vibrate please help.

Press and hold the * key. Most phones will toggle into silent mode from that. Press and hold again to go out of silent mode.

i saw that u could put it on silent with a push of a button (#)

Looking at the picture from your link, it looks like you just have to press and hold the # key. Looks like there's an icon that looks like a speaker with a X through it. If your phone has that icon on the # key, that's how you turn on the silent mode.
