Question:

Where is Switzerland in Thailand?

MANY PEOPLE HAVE CALLED Doi Tung the "Switzerland in Thailand"(correct pronunciation is "Doi Dtoong"). This description seems apt when viewing the crisp line of mountains of Chiangrai in the cool winter season, or when the mist and clouds of the rainy season roll in above the verdant forest against a background of an ever-changing sky.

  1. There is also a so called little Switzerland in Isarn - no joke but not because it looks like it. Hundreds of local Ladies worked in Switzerland and came back to settle down many of them with their swiss husbands.

  2. You're not supposed to pose a question and then answer your own question. I'm sure what you have to say is interesting

    but for another forum.
