Where is Yahoo music to Go and why is Yahoo not answering the question?

I can not find a good answer about or reason for the disappearance of Yahoo music to go. Do they still offer the service?

Apparently not!!! and even if you were a subscriber they trick you into switching to a cheaper service and then tell you you cannot switch back, I'm cancelling every service I have through Yahoo, in my opinion this is about the worst customer service I have seen in a long time!!!!!!!!!!!
