Well you have a number of choices, major news groups like Reauters or you can do as i used to do and look up ones from different continents. I find one newspaper in South africa rather good myself.

I think Reuters has great news information. I would choose the AP, but their website is too complicated to use. Reuters is similiar to AP in that they have reporters around the world reporting on a variety of items.

You can also check your local newspaper.

To be honest with you there is no best, all you can do is skim through as many sources as possible to get an over all picture, even then you could be frustrated as there seems to be a total silence when it comes to certain issues.
